Industrial Duty, Multi-Process Weld System


Thermal Arc “Arcmaster 501” multi-process, inverter weld power supply may be used for GMAW (MIG), GTAW (TIG) for steel, SMAW (Stick) and ACA (arc-air). This is a 500 amp CC/CV machine well suited for industrial, high production environments. Two complete MIG feed systems with a selector switch allows for uninterrupted production. Digital control provides precise settings with user-definable, lockable “windows” of adjustment for parameters. Lock in your weld schedules; and if you choose, allow a small adjustment only…. for personal preference, one you can define and lock. A pulse kit may be installed for GMAW-P (pulse MIG) applications with predefined pulse parameters.
